정치경제학연구소 PNYX는 마르크스주의에 기반하여 정치, 경제, 사회, 철학 분야를 연구합니다. PNYX는 아테네에서 민회가 열렸던 장소입니다. 2016년 프닉스는 마르크스주의를 전공한 철학자, 정치학자, 경제학자, 사회학자에 의해 설립됐습니다. 현재 프닉스에 20여명의 박사들이 연구위원으로서 활동하고 있습니다. 현재 소장은 원영수이며, 그의 전문분야는 국제사회주의와 공산주의입니다. 프닉스는 유튜브(youtube.com/@PNYX2017)를 운영하고 있습니다. 이 채널은 마르크스주의적 관점에서 철학, 역사, 경제, 정치, 국제관계를 다루고 있습니다.
