I'm Breanna (she/her), and I'm a body-inclusive yoga guide who's passionate about promoting rest, love, and compassion through guided experiences. I include universal and earthly elements into practice.

I’ve been on a cross-country journey with my family and we have made some pretty big shifts in our personal lives. I haven’t had the space for recording, but know that I am missing this community dearly.

I wanted to thank everyone with their patience and for those that reached out directly because I had missed a few weeks in posting a meditation or yoga nidra.

The summer has been abundantly full of joy and our family is stepping into a HUGE adventure of a cross-country move. It is all very exciting, but I have been feeling the call to rest, which inspired the newest release.
