Here’s a harsh truth…
You are the biggest obstacle in your way.
It’s not food, it’s how you view food, your relationship with food.
It’s not exercise, it’s how you view exercise, your relationship with exercise.
It’s not the scale, it’s how you view the scale….
It’s YOU that needs to change.
And until you are willing to acknowledge that…you will keep going down the same rabbit holes you’ve been going down your entire life.
Accept that you need to change.
Create more awareness about what you need to change.
Implement strategy.
Remain consistent, not perfect.
