I have a sedentary job and cycle a lot as well, so I focus on exercises you as an office worker or as an athlete can do to increase your mobility, flexibility and reduce stress.
I practice Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and love Pranayama, for me it's most important to practice with correct alignment and engage the right muscles and of course to breathe in a way to get the most our of each Asana!
