My name is Telisa. I'm a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and nutritionist. I adore all things health, wellness, and movement. It is a pleasure and honour to share what I love and all that I've learned over the past 15+ years with you.

Within movement, I’m equal parts strength & flexibility/mobility focused. Being flexible but lacking the strength to control the end range is suboptimal; being strong but tight is suboptimal. Strength and flexibility are the complementary yin & yang of one another ☯️. One without the other is incomplete. Here, we combine the two allowing our bodies to function in complete harmony.

The concept of strength & flexibility also aligns with our minds. What good is a strong & limber body without a strong & limber mind?
