🧘‍♂️ Calm Mind Meditation (2–5 minutes)
1. Pause
Stop whatever you’re doing. Sit comfortably.
Gently close your eyes.
2. Natural breathing
Don’t control the breath.
Just feel it as it comes in… and goes out.
3. One point of attention
Bring your attention to the tip of the nose or rise and fall of the belly.
Stay with that one place.
4. Soft mental note
Breathing in → “In”
Breathing out → “Out”
If the mind wanders (it will), no problem.
Smile gently… and come back to In – Out.
5. Let thoughts settle
Imagine thoughts like clouds passing in the sky.
You are the sky — wide, quiet, untouched.
6. Rest in calm
Stay here.
No past. No future. Only this breath.
