In the early 1990s, Mr. Fred Chu was inspired by the elegance of Swiss watch shops during his visit to Bern, Switzerland. Impressed by the profound watchmaking heritage, he returned to China with a mission to elevate the country's watch industry.

In 1995, he founded BERNY in Shenzhen, honoring Switzerland's watchmaking legacy. Over three decades, BERNY has thrived under Mr. Chu's leadership, blending craftsmanship and innovation.

Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, BERNY is a prominent brand in China's Time Valley. Mr. Chu's dedication was celebrated in 2017 for his pivotal role in advancing the Chinese watch industry.
