(CN & EN) 2025年9月:做饭是我五十多年来的爱好,从五、六岁开始学着炒饭给自己吃,甚至身上仅有的几块伤疤也都不是和同学打架留下的-都是做饭的纪念。这个暑假,儿子主动要和我学做菜,而且兴致很高。回到大学后,他也在周末自己动手,这让我有了足够的动力去拍视频,好让他有个参考。
对我来说,做饭是创作一道菜,而不是做实验。像大多数中国人的家常做法一样,我做菜没有固定分量,全凭感觉。
我崇尚平淡、自然、真实,因此我的视频也不多加修饰,只记录我每天做的饭。
希望我的频道给我不在身边的子女带去家的温暖。
September 2025: Cooking has been my hobby for more than fifty years. I started making fried rice for myself when I was only five or six years old. This summer, my son asked to start learning cooking from me. After returning to college, he also began cooking for himself. This gave me enough motivation to start filming videos, so that I can keep teaching from afar.
To me, cooking is about creating a dish, not doing lab work. Like most Chinese home cooking, there are no exact measurements — I cook by feeling.
I prefer things plain, natural, and real, so my videos are not polished — they simply show the meals I cook every day.
I hope to share a taste of home to my kids and others.
