Hiding behind fake confidence and loose shirts.
Then I got serious.

Reflecting back on Hyrox 📍 Chicago
So many unexpected things happened that were out of my control.
Delayed flight followed by a canceled flight. This meant I had to fly in for race day! A 4 hr flight with a 2 hr change, my body was tired. My race was at 7:40pm CT
I wasn’t happy with my finish time. I wanted a 1:10 and got a 1:17 - the job was done. Looking forward to the next race
