Sometimes life brings pain that’s hard to name — and even harder to move through. On days like that, it can feel impossible to get back up and keep going.

I made this flow on a day when I deeply needed to be with myself — to love myself a little more, to calm my heart, and to remind myself that it's okay to slow down and just feel.

When emotions feel stuck or overwhelming, movement can help. But it doesn’t have to be intense. It doesn’t have to be forceful. It just has to be gentle. We have to be gentle — with our bodies, our minds, and our hearts.

So if you’re feeling lost in emotion, unsure of what step to take next, or just need something to help you feel grounded again — this video is for you.

During my offline sessions and sometimes even on my videos aimed at beginners, I would get the feedback that this is not for "real" beginners. 
Someone who has not started on their journey yet, someone with limited mobility. 

Which is why I have started a new series that is aimed at helping you start on your journey.
The videos in this series will help you open up your body and claim your basic mobility.


Over the course of next few weeks I will release more videos that will aim to open and strengthen various parts of your body. In this manner we will be able to come up with a weekly routine suited for people who want to start on their journey but don't know where to begin.
