Hi everyone,
Welcome to my YouTube channel.

You'll find short, accessible, and fun movement practices geared towards busy women in midlife who don't want to feel fragile as they age, but want to feel stronger and more confident.

I offer quick strength training workouts, with and without weights, as well as creative yoga flows and mobility work.
You'll also find quick tutorials giving you one helpful insight into a yoga pose or strength exercise to make it easier and more accessible.

Everyone is welcome here, whether you're newer to strength training and yoga or someone who has been practicing for years.

My classes are intentionally sequenced, creative, and fun, with clear and precise alignment techniques to keep your body safe as you become stronger and more flexible.
I offer variations and modifications for when you feel you need to take a step back as well as when you feel ready for more challenge.

I am a big fan of Alysa Liu.
Not just because she won gold or because of how she skated to win gold, but because of the standards and conditions she set in order to return to skating in a healthier way.
So much of it is similar to how I approach movement personally, as well as how I teach my students how to have a healthier relationship with their movement practice.

Just a quick reminder that the ​How to Get Stronger workshop ​is tomorrow, Friday February 20th at 11am ET.

It's 30 minutes long and I'll be talking about what actions and exercises are actually going to help you build strength.
