Welcome to my YouTube channel.
You'll find short, accessible, and fun movement practices geared towards busy women in midlife who don't want to feel fragile as they age, but want to feel stronger and more confident.
I offer quick strength training workouts, with and without weights, as well as creative yoga flows and mobility work.
You'll also find quick tutorials giving you one helpful insight into a yoga pose or strength exercise to make it easier and more accessible.
Everyone is welcome here, whether you're newer to strength training and yoga or someone who has been practicing for years.
My classes are intentionally sequenced, creative, and fun, with clear and precise alignment techniques to keep your body safe as you become stronger and more flexible.
I offer variations and modifications for when you feel you need to take a step back as well as when you feel ready for more challenge.
I post new videos every other Sunday.

I'd love some help with coming up with videos to film for you.
My last several videos have spectacularly tanked (in terms of views, likes, and comments). This makes me think it's not actually want you want to see here on this channel.
I'd create a poll, but every time I create a poll and then create a video based on the results of the poll, the video does not do well.
So I'd really love to hear from you!

AI fitness coaches are now being added to gym memberships at New York Sports Club.
The creators of this technology and the CEOs of NYSC insist this will democratize fitness by offering personalized coaching to people who could otherwise not afford it.
But that's not really why gym owners want AI fitness coaches in their gyms.
