You'll find short, accessible, and fun movement practices geared towards busy women in midlife who don't want to feel fragile as they age, but want to feel stronger and more confident.
I offer quick strength training workouts, with and without weights, as well as creative yoga flows and mobility work.
You'll also find quick tutorials giving you one helpful insight into a yoga pose or strength exercise to make it easier and more accessible.
Everyone is welcome here, whether you're newer to strength training and yoga or someone who has been practicing for years.
My classes are intentionally sequenced, creative, and fun, with clear and precise alignment techniques to keep your body safe as you become stronger and more flexible.
I offer variations and modifications for when you feel you need to take a step back as well as when you feel ready for more challenge.
