Welcome to my YouTube channel.

You'll find short, accessible, and fun movement practices geared towards busy women in midlife who don't want to feel fragile as they age, but want to feel stronger and more confident.

I offer quick strength training workouts, with and without weights, as well as creative yoga flows and mobility work.
You'll also find quick tutorials giving you one helpful insight into a yoga pose or strength exercise to make it easier and more accessible.

Everyone is welcome here, whether you're newer to strength training and yoga or someone who has been practicing for years.

My classes are intentionally sequenced, creative, and fun, with clear and precise alignment techniques to keep your body safe as you become stronger and more flexible.
I offer variations and modifications for when you feel you need to take a step back as well as when you feel ready for more challenge.

I post new videos every other Sunday.

TODAY IS THE DAY!
My big news is that I created a daily movement app for women called "Strength in Midlife"
I created this app for women in perimenopause (and also those who are postmenopausal), who want to feel stronger as they get older by building a daily movement practice that includes strength training.

Inside the app you'll find strength training workouts, yoga flows, and mobility practices, as well as a library stocked with restorative and therapeutic practices when you need them.

And as always, the practices are brief -- each clocking in at 10-20 minutes long -- so you can fit them easily into your day.

The cool thing about the app is that it is customizable to your needs and choices. You can opt to do 2 strength workouts with weights per week and have the rest of the classes be core, yoga, and mobility.

Or you could opt for 3 or 4 strength workouts per week.

The good news is, you don't have to build the movement schedule yourself. The app, built by me, will create it for you using videos I made for you.

She's at it again, folks. Dr. Mary Claire Haver is either deliberately misinterpreting data or she chose to only read the abstract. Either way, she's offering inaccurate information about metabolism and menopause in order to scare her followers into buying her new book, but also supplements from her personal supplement line.
Women deserve better when it comes to understanding the aging process.

I am a big fan of Alysa Liu.
Not just because she won gold or because of how she skated to win gold, but because of the standards and conditions she set in order to return to skating in a healthier way.
So much of it is similar to how I approach movement personally, as well as how I teach my students how to have a healthier relationship with their movement practice.
