chia seeds: im very good at eating chia seeds without issue. been eating a larger version of this breakfast for 5 years, i credit my abnormally high water intake to safe chia intake
water: i drink between 1-2 gallons of water a day casually, often more
sugar: i dont have a sweet tooth. i have never been addicted to sugar, sugary drinks, candy, chocolate, etc. i got this big on savory & spicy & fried food & pizza & chinese & chips & & pasta & butter & cheese & rice & nut butters & breads & pastries & dairy & meat. i would have the occasional sweet drink, but not often, and would maybe get some cookies or ice cream while grocery shopping rarely.
splenda: idc if it's poison i barely use any anyway
