water: i drink between 1-2 gallons of water a day casually, often more

sugar: i dont have a sweet tooth. i have never been addicted to sugar, sugary drinks, candy, chocolate, etc. i got this big on savory & spicy & fried food & pizza & chinese & chips & & pasta & butter & cheese & rice & nut butters & breads & pastries & dairy & meat. i would have the occasional sweet drink, but not often, and would maybe get some cookies or ice cream while grocery shopping rarely.

splenda: idc if it's poison i barely use any anyway

a side effect of being a great big fat guy is that people will offload food on to you at any opportunity.
my work bought a bunch of pizza and wings for the department to celebrate the end of the busy season. i had one piece of pepperoni pizza and 6 wings and was gonna be happy with that.
but as i was wrapping up for the day, the head manager came to my desk and asked me if i was a wing guy, and when i affirmed, she handed me these leftover wings.
i was not yet strong enough to say thanks, but no thanks, and i am not yet strong enough to eat these over several meals. i also have no one to share them with.
i will be enjoying them tonight, and i'm not being mad about it, and i'm going right back to it tomorrow.
googled how many calories are in a fried chicken wing, and it made me really sad.
such cruel irony that the things we love most are what can hurt us the deepest.
