My journey with yoga began as a personal search for self-care, healing, and peace. What I found was something deeper: a space where breath became prayer, movement became communion, and stillness became sacred. Over time, the mat became more than a place of physical practice. It became a sanctuary where I could meet God, grieve, celebrate, rest, and reconnect with my truest self.
I created Sacred Spaces Yoga for others who are also navigating life’s transitions as well as those who feel like they’re shedding old identities, questioning long-held beliefs, or simply longing for a moment to exhale. Whether you arrive with faith or with questions, with grief or with hope, you are welcome here.
Through Christ-centered yoga and spiritually rooted flows, my work is about creating spaces where you can return to yourself and to God. It’s about reclaiming rest, practicing presence, and embodying freedom.
