It's been awhile since I've posted new content or communicated with our meat loving audience. I'm truly sorry about that and thanks to everyone who has reached out via the vid comments or email over the last few months. I'm completely humbled and inspired by all the messages we've received from those who support the channel. Some of you have asked, so here's what's up....
NO, I didn't catch a forever case of the covfefe. YES, I'm OK (still really weird tho, no change there) and, finally...... NO, I didn't go vegan!
After 5 years of near weekly publishing, we decided to take a brief 2 month break in late 2021 that turned into a much longer hiatus due to some unforeseen personal issues.
I'm beyond excited to share that we're making some changes (will I have shoulder length hair?) and planning a re-launch in Jan 2023!
Until then, I would love to hear from you - what do you like about our vids / channel? What would you like to see more (or less) of?
We previously launched a 12 ep Meat America show travelling to visit chefs in their restaurants...put a lot of time and money into it but, candidly, the show didn't perform that well. Is that something we should try again and, if so, what should we change? We definitely had a lot of fun making it.
More than anything, I just want to thank all of our subscribers who have followed our channel over the years leading to over 11 million views, which I still can't believe. I'm thankful beyond words for your support ....and looking forward to turning up the tasty once again!
This Wagyu Beef Tallow will impart the rich Umami flavor of Wagyu into anything you're cooking...many say it's the secret behind Aaron Franklin's Brisket.
We don't know if that's true or not but one thing is for certain....this is the Meat Nectar of the GODS! You've never cooked with anything like it, so good!
In today's video, we'll explore the wet and dry methods for rendering Wagyu beef fat into Tallow aka Liquid GOLD....
Whether you're new to our channel, or have been following along for awhile, thank you and I hope you're enjoying the content!
With the help of the entire team (a Wizard, 1.5 interns and a well trained puppy), we *work hard* (ahem, engage in nitwittery, tomfoolery, etc) to find new ways to Turn Up the TASTY while seeking answers to common questions about preparing and cooking the meats.
What would you like to see more of on the channel? Let us know more specifics in the comments below! We're going to turn one of your ideas into an upcoming video.
Thanks again, I truly appreciate your subscription and your support!

We’re planning our travel schedule for the Meat America Show, Season 2. What part of the country has the best diversity and quality of food?
Also, is there a specific city or restaurant that is a MUST visit? Let us know in the comments for consideration!
