Hi š Iām Dr. Katherin Duong, a physical therapist and certified cupping therapist, sharing knowledge on holistic prevention, recovery, and rehab techniques to help you create a healthier, balanced lifestyle. Through my videos here on this channel and my podcast Dive Deeper, I share strategies and tools to help you strengthen your relationship with your mind, body, and soul.
In 2022, I started my own private practice, East West Wellness & Rehab, as a way to provide a blend of Eastern and Western practices to help people achieve long term results with their healing journey. By prioritizing the patient, providing one-on-one care, and emphasizing manual therapy treatment, we get our patients back to a pain-free life without limitations.
We are located in Alexandria, VA but offer mobile visits in the Northern Virginia region as well. Our services include physical therapy, cupping therapy, dry needling, and personal training.

If you're a volleyball player with calf pain, you need to check this video out: https://youtu.be/jJZ3Fx9sf7c We use our brand new Achedaway Heated Scraper and dry needling to help get rid of our patient's pain. After this short session, he was able to return to jumping and digging on the court without pain!
