Hi there and welcome to my channel.
I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, i have for many years struggled to find tools to help me to relax and quieten my mind. That was until i discovered ASMR!! Alongside working with crystals, and energy healing - ASMR has been invaluable to me and it works like magic!! I decided that i wanted to combine both my love of energy work, alongside ASMR and give back to the community with my own content.
I had been playing with the idea for quite some time, however, the fear of being 'seen' held me back. Until i realised that not only will creating my own content enable me to help others like i have been helped, but it can also help me to build my own confidence and break that barrier.
