Hi there and welcome to my channel.
I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, i have for many years struggled to find tools to help me to relax and quieten my mind. That was until i discovered ASMR!! Alongside working with crystals, and energy healing - ASMR has been invaluable to me and it works like magic!! I decided that i wanted to combine both my love of energy work, alongside ASMR and give back to the community with my own content.
I had been playing with the idea for quite some time, however, the fear of being 'seen' held me back. Until i realised that not only will creating my own content enable me to help others like i have been helped, but it can also help me to build my own confidence and break that barrier.

Hi to my subscribers. Im sorry that I haven't been able to post any new videos for a while. I have been struggling due to very rude and noisy neighbours which has made it impossible to film any new asmr!!
The good news is that they are moving out very soon, so I'll have some peace again and be able to create some new content.
