I want to take a moment each day to be present with the moment and do little things.
Little things, as simple as just being aware of the moment. Little things that spark joy, help me grow, deepen my understanding of self and others.
I want to see what goes on inside of me during these little mindful moments. Am I able to present? What thoughts and feelings will arise? What attachments will I let go? What will I experience?
