Welcome to Plant Fit Meg! I started my channel to share my experience eating a plant-based diet, changing my lifestyle, and losing weight. I share easy plant-based recipes, batch cooking, ‘What I Eat in a Days', healthy lifestyle tips, and more! My health improved dramatically and I lost 80 lbs after going vegan in 2016. I strive to be the resource I wish I had when I started changing my diet and lifestyle! Know that change is possible!
I am a compassionate plant-based coach who helps clients with mindset, eating more whole foods, and creating healthy habits and routines that work for each individual. I am a certified Healthy Eating & Weight Loss coach, and have completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. I am also a certified group fitness and yoga instructor.
