This curation of practices is about reaching deep into your well of ideas, of your precious vision, and your unique perspective. Creativity happens on the canvas, on the mat, on the kitchen table– it occurs wherever you establish the desires of your heart. In yoga, creativity is a manifestation of present awareness. It is what happens when we quiet our overthinking mind and simply play with what could be. It is letting your movement on the mat emerge organically. It is the notion that the journey brings you more experiences and more potential with every step you take.
What is possible when we regulate our nervous systems? What happens when we lovingly manage our inner emotions? When we play with both discipline and spontaneity? Anything, I tell you, anything.
