This new year, I’m sharing a special four-part series inspired by my Saturday mornings as a child and now, Sunday mornings as an adult. That once-a-week ritual that offers an opportunity to return to what matters most. (Of course, this may not land on a Saturday or Sunday for you - all good - make it your own by choosing one time during the week to practice with RETURN.)

Each practice is a soft landing. A gentle re-orientation.
A way of remembering yourself in the midst of a new year.

At the end of the month, for week 5 - we’ll gather virtually with
a live community practice to honor what we’ve tended together.
