✨️There are heart-shaped leaves and the green green grass and the earth earth earth beneathe our feet. And the words we say let them be for encouragement for good, upliftment and empowerment for all beings. There are timy little yellow flowers growing in the grass and the wind is gently blowing through the trees and at my back. I'm proudly wearing my rainbow turban and rainbow crocks, it is #pridemonth. There is green green moss, but we aware of the big black tick they are in the woods. On walk presently after eating lunch and it is super lovely to enter the unknown and mystery and I like to take the long road. I was tidying up our home and had to step away for a half hour or so to go walking. Then come back refreshed to do more. Maybe others will help tidy up. Reminding myself there are heart-shaped leaves and beautiful plants growing everywhere and the singing birds. "Come what may and love it." This week heaven gained another angel; our beautiful and loving Mother. She gave birth to all four of us. I've been going for daily walks to clear my mind and open my heart to wonder of all that is. I am seeing Mom everywhere in butterflies, dragonflies, Mike my brother sees her as a rainbow. Paul says, "Mom made a pride sky!" I love that she is giving us signs that she is happy and at peace. I feel her love pour into my heart when I'm sittng for meditation and prayer. And i have my moments of tearful reflecting and im grateful i am allowing myself to grieve. I've been taking bach flower remedy, *Star of Bethlehem; helps with grief and shock. Two drops under the tongue when I need it.

Hello, beautiful family! As a lot of us are learning to love ourselves and each other. Personal story, I was racing peddaling fast on my bicycle andy perception of the curb was off. My handle bars turned and I fell off my bike and hit the cement wall and ground. Im so grateful a really nice woman asked if i needed anything. I could have said yes, Id like to call my Husband. Silly me wobbled into work like nothing happened, playing the "wounded warrior" card. Oh, I thought to myself, "I can tough this out til the end of my 8 hour shift." No, thankfully, I was able to leave early and go home. My friend Michelle gave a lift. I REALLY need to get my drivers liscense. And so I've relflecting on my life journey as one does when we give ourselves a chance to. I'm taking this as lesson to slow down, be patient with myself and give love to myself and also my Husband and Mother In law. We cant give from an empty cup, i think this is in the bible. May this song bless and uplift your spirits. I love listening to my own songs. I cherish them deeply.
