Color waves, waves of color! Rainbow, yes, please. As s○○n as my alarm goes off in the morning, I like to say thank you angels for a new day. Drink electrolite water in a glass jar and move my body and stretch, maybe sit in stillness, look out the wind●w. I think of my Mom in Heaven everyday. Sometimes I see her in the form of angel-wing clouds and she washes away my self-doubt. And then when I sing I hear her say, "happy people sing." Listen to the birds, I enjoy waking up slowly it's key to a peaceful life. I love to express myself through every color everyday. I like to breathe fresh air, but we all need to come up for air and treat ourselves fair. Life is too short to not have fun with the rainbow. I hope you are all doing well. I've been daily yogaing, breathe work, self-care, praying, meditating, dancing. When I ride my bike to work, songs come to me. I intend to allow 'F●rest' a song to flow through me tomorrow. ♡☆♡✨️✨️✨️ Hope and pray we all have a beautiful week ahead. Take care xoxo
