Happy Tuesday! Hope you are all doing as well as possible. I just practiced breathe work with @BreatheWithSandy His latest video for gratitude. Really lovely, even though it is chilly out it was really lovely because the sun is out. Even though my mind wanted to go back to bed, I'm happy I didn't listen to my mind. I could feel myself resisting the day to get started. It is my day off from my day job. Although I might nap a little later who knows. I listened to my heart and soul and went outside. Firstly I enjoyed a yummy smoothie bowl. And I'm happy I took a picture of my friend's jean short before we sent them off in the mail. Painting for me is truly liberating. I can do whatever I want and have creative freedom. It is really lovely when I fill custom orders that they say go to town with my creativity. May the Creator help you on your journey. xo✨️
