I use real food ingredients that are gluten-free and dairy-free. Some of my specialties are green smoothies, vegetable juices, and Instant Pot recipes.
I did not grow up eating a healthy diet and my health suffered. Some of my health struggles have chronic health issues including PCOS, anxiety, autoimmune disease, and chronic fatigue.
