After a devastating knee injury ended my basketball career, I spent 10 years in pain — until I discovered functional strength training. Through kettlebells, bodyweight work, and holistic movement, I went from barely moving to training pain-free.
Now I help athletic women (and moms like me!) reclaim their strength, confidence, and freedom of movement. My training style combines smart programming, functional training principles , and real-life strength — with a deep focus on long-term results, not quick fixes.
