Emotional connection is the foundation on which our relationships stands.

For there to be love, intimacy & belonging to exist, first, there must be an connection.
Think of it as the ‘prima materia’ or that which breathes life into your relationships.

A few suggestions for co-creating healthy bonding:
• Accepting yours & your partner's feelings & emotions
• Validating each other's emotional experiences
• Put yourself in their shoes (empathizing with them)

Inspired by Marie Kondo's work, a question to ask yourself is, What Sparks Joy?

Eliminate things that feel 'forced' or 'have to' and trust what makes your heart smile.

I am astounded by the results of this simple practice.

Dare to keep the hope alive, even if it is light at the end of a long, dark tunnel.

Where there’s pain, there’s addiction,
Where there’s addiction, there’s a tendency towards self-sabotage,
Where there’s self-sabotage, there’s self-reproach,
Chances are you live with a harsh inner critic,
So long as the addiction is alive and well, the probability of change exponentially diminishes.
