Emotional connection is the foundation on which our relationships stands.

For there to be love, intimacy & belonging to exist, first, there must be an connection.
Think of it as the ‘prima materia’ or that which breathes life into your relationships.

A few suggestions for co-creating healthy bonding:
• Accepting yours & your partner's feelings & emotions
• Validating each other's emotional experiences
• Put yourself in their shoes (empathizing with them)
