우리 어머님들이 가장 많이 하시는 이 말에서 집피티는 출발했어요.
그래서 집피티는
집에서, 내 방에서, 내 체력에 맞게, 내 이야기를 들어주는 운동을 만들고 싶었습니다.
화려한 몸을 만드는 것이 아니라,
오늘보다 내일 조금 더 가벼운 발걸음을 만드는 운동이요.
어머님들의 체력/근력은 저희가 책임지겠습니다😊
