I am working on a cause of raising the perception of people about a HOME and a HOMEMAKER. There is so much disrespect and disregard for both. I relate a home to an enterprise to show how everything has an origin here including Leadership, Emotional intelligence, Skills, etc.
In Work - Home balance, balance happens when the perception of both Home and Work are equal. However, in the current scenario, the perception of a Home and Homemaker is so poor that it is as good as nonexistent. Productivity is defined in terms of money and nothing at home is done for money hence there is so much disregard and disrespect for everything that happens at Home.
