Welcome to Home Leadership Academy.

This channel was earlier called Rise of Home , a space where I began exploring something I have been deeply passionate about for many years: the importance of home, homemaking and the people who make homes work.
Over the years, I have been researching, writing, speaking and working on the invisible work that happens within our homes and why it deserves greater recognition, respect and understanding.

Today, that journey is evolving into Home Leadership Academy.

Our focus is simple:
Building confident leaders, starting from home.

We will explore homemaking as leadership, conscious parenting, family relationships, communication, wellbeing, unpaid care work, and how stronger homes can contribute to a stronger society.

Because leadership doesn't begin in the boardroom.
It begins at home.
