I did NOT feel like working out today and I almost pushed it off until tomorrow, but here’s a ✨CONSISTENCY TIP✨ that helped me push through:

Don’t just show up for perfect workouts, show up for the “crappy ones”, too.

Crappy meaning: 👇🏾
- you don’t have the most energy
- you don’t push yourself as much
- you don’t lift the heaviest
- etc.

Even if all you do is a one-two step, be ok with showing up and doing something even when it’s not your best.

It’ll help you stay consistent and build on your momentum which will lead to better results in how you look and feel.

Hope this inspires you to move today whether you feel like it or not, you got this!
