I love helping people feel connected to their bodies through movement with yoga and Pilates workouts. I have been deeply engaged in the fitness world for the better part of 20 years, and luckily found Pilates and yoga in the latter half of my fitness journey.

My upbeat workouts target glutes (booty burn!), abs, and deep core muscles, because my goal is for you to have an entire-body engagement experience. I am certified in Pilates (mat, yogalates), yoga (500-hour), and meditation.
