Micha's Losing It

This channel is for my weekly update videos documenting my journey back to a healthier weight. I started this series because before the pandemic, I lost 25 kilo (55 pounds) through regular walks, some biking and by "watching my weight", but the isolation has made me gain those kilo back ... and an additional 10 kilo (22 pounds) on top of that. Overall I gained 35 kilo (77 pounds) in lockdown.

That is when I decided that enough is enough and started to have walks again and to watch my diet. To keep me honest - and to keep me going - I decided to share my voyage in a weekly video. Those were also supposed to help me upping my video editing game and to raise my confidence in talking unscripted on camera.

I originally uploaded the videos to my main channel, but as this seems to confuse YouTube's referral system even more (I have a wild mix of different content on that channel, even in two different languages, which doesn't help), I decided to move my series to this dedicated channel.
