Training once a week has been a game changer, when i first started HIT training i thought it was too good to be true and there was no way possible it will work.
Well the results are in, this is my new way of life.

The best thing i ever did was question everything i ever believed.
Now i am training once a week for 15 minutes. Performing doing zero cardio exercises and eating a proper human diet.
Building Muscle and losing fat with ease. Eating once a day. Eating until i am completely full and never counting calories.
I no longer abuse my vessel. I no longer have aches and pains. I have improved my flexibility and mobility without trying.
The application of knowledge is power. Your greatest weapon is to question everything.
