The best thing i ever did was question everything i ever believed. Now i am training once a week for 15 minutes. Performing doing zero cardio exercises and eating a proper human diet. Building Muscle and losing fat with ease. Eating once a day. Eating until i am completely full and never counting calories.I no longer abuse my vessel. I no longer have aches and pains. I have improved my flexibility and mobility without trying.The application of knowledge is power. Your greatest weapon is to question everything.
