Hi, I’m Issy! 💞 I’m a certified APPI Pilates Instructor and a Doctor of Physiotherapy student based in Melbourne, Australia. I adore teaching both Mat and Reformer Pilates, so much so I’ve decided to bring my flows out of the studio to you online!

As a physio student, I truly believe that movement can heal the mind, body, and soul. Pilates is my favorite form of movement, and I’m honored to share the love and healing power of movement with you.
