At this point, I think it's wiser to split my next video "Pac-Man's Weirdest Birthday" into two parts, one for Shadow Labyrinth and the other for Pac-Man World 2 Repac. The SL portion blew out of control. After both are up, I'll combine the two. It'll certainly keep YouTube happy for once.

Gonna do a 5th gen console stream tomorrow. At the very least, it will consist of PS1, N64, Saturn, and maybe even a little 3DO. I'd do Jaguar too if I could find a way for me to capture its RF signal using what I have but I wouldn't count on that.

The next video is done, up on Patreon, and will be up on YouTube soon. In all of my videos where I look at how design philosophies evolve, I haven't done any for a Nintendo series, nor have I done one for a series that is known for having an identity crisis. This was a good chance to hit two birds with one stone.
However, not everything is clear cut. This isn't a "rise and fall" of a series. It's too weird for that. No, this is a video about the things that are holding it back. From Nintendo's blind spots to increasingly unsustainable standards for what makes a game 'worth buying'.
In addition, people who have wanted me to do another Nintendo fanboy rant (despite my feelings on that video) will probably be quite pleased with sections of this video as the erasure of other games and even the work of those who brought these games to life ends up taking a big role.
With a video doing all of this, yeah, it ended up being a much bigger task than I initially thought. In fact, this is the longest video I have ever made. Very nearly an hour and a half. Good luck!

Hello everyone! It's been a while hasn't it?
I've been working hard on a new video taking the whole 'study the evolution of a design philosophy over the coarse of a series' angle, except replace evolution with stagnation, confusion and Nintendo. It's going to be an interesting one and I'm already dreading the comments section.
My life kinda went insane after I posted the last video and I've been trying to both get it together and keep it together. In what spare time I've had I've mostly been using it on "Jack Razor 2: Conflicted Galaxy", the game I've been actively developing for 5 years. It's been a lot of work, not so much because of technical issues like the first one, but because of just how much is going into it. I've also been working on animating an ellaborate minute and a half cinematic cutscene which you can see WIP versions of on my Patreon as I finish them. That's been a huge undertaking and right now I'm happy to be mostly working on the backgrounds for that now.
I'm hoping to get the main video essay I'm working on done and out this month but if I don't I'll probably post a quick behind the scenes video of Jack Razor 2 along with some miscellaneous video game remixes I have lying around. ;P
So yeah, I'm not dead, just mentally and emotionally very strained.
