Hello everyone! It's been a while hasn't it?
I've been working hard on a new video taking the whole 'study the evolution of a design philosophy over the coarse of a series' angle, except replace evolution with stagnation, confusion and Nintendo. It's going to be an interesting one and I'm already dreading the comments section.
My life kinda went insane after I posted the last video and I've been trying to both get it together and keep it together. In what spare time I've had I've mostly been using it on "Jack Razor 2: Conflicted Galaxy", the game I've been actively developing for 5 years. It's been a lot of work, not so much because of technical issues like the first one, but because of just how much is going into it. I've also been working on animating an ellaborate minute and a half cinematic cutscene which you can see WIP versions of on my Patreon as I finish them. That's been a huge undertaking and right now I'm happy to be mostly working on the backgrounds for that now.
I'm hoping to get the main video essay I'm working on done and out this month but if I don't I'll probably post a quick behind the scenes video of Jack Razor 2 along with some miscellaneous video game remixes I have lying around. ;P
So yeah, I'm not dead, just mentally and emotionally very strained.
