I have been trying to consume gluten-free foods as much as possible, and I have accumulated a lot of recipes that I have thought of to enjoy delicious Japanese flavors with fewer ingredients, less work, and less washing up, so I started to publish recipe videos on Youtube in December 2022.
At first, I mainly focused on gluten-free, organic, additive-free, and non-GMO foods, but when I was researching recipes without eggs and cream, I got into baking sweets and breads using "Flax seeds".
By making a gel from flax seeds and then whisking it into a meringue, it is possible to make amazingly creamy and fluffy pastries and breads without using eggs, heavy cream, or yogurt.
Recently, I have added lakanto, a natural sweetener with zero sugar and calories, low-sugar oatmeal, okara (bean curd) powder, and dried soybeans, and am currently researching recipes for healthier and healthier eating.
