Live Long, Live Well! I am passionate about sharing the healing arts of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation and Taoism. I grew up in China’s Wudang Mountains and for the last 20 years have been teaching on the mountain as a 15th generation San Feng Pai, Tai Chi Master.
