I’m on a mission to help ambitious men reset their biology so they can finally meet their true selves.

After years of testing and refining a first-principles approach for sustainable performance, I developed the STOIUM Reset Protocol. A 14-day system that helps ambitious men eliminate brain fog, restore consistent energy, and finally operate at their true potential.

I’ll make videos that cover:

1. How to reset your biology so clarity and discipline become your default.
2. How to eliminate brain fog and sluggish mornings without caffeine or stimulants.
3. How to fuel your brain and body for relentless focus and drive.
4. Strategies to sustain peak performance while building your career, business, or personal goals.

Most people try the carnivore diet for fat loss. But from what I've seen and experienced personally, that is really only the tip of the iceberg in terms of the potential benefits.

In this video, I go over why it's so beneficial for entrepreneurs. But even if you're not an "entrepreneur" yourself, you'd likely benefit from this way of eating for the same reasons.

Why? Well, for many, "entrepreneurship" is the ultimate form of self-improvement. And if you follow this channel, you likely have some sort of drive to become a better or the best version of yourself.

They never said to eat "processed junk", but they might as well have.

When the USDA told us to limit butter, eggs, and red meat, what took their place?

- Ultra-processed grains
- Seed oils
- High-fructose corn syrup

Since then, obesity and metabolic disease has skyrocketed.

Your doctor says your cholesterol is "too high". But what does this really mean?

Most people don’t realize that cholesterol is essential for hormone production, especially testosterone.

Yet, the standard solution? Statins.

The result?
- Lower testosterone
- Less energy & drive
- Higher risk of metabolic dysfunction

Cholesterol isn’t the enemy, it’s the backbone of many essential hormones.

Are we treating the "problem"… or creating new ones?

The Lion Diet isn’t a new fad, it’s a revival of ancient wisdom...

Over 150 years ago, Dr. Salisbury used a 100% beef diet to cure chronic diseases like gut issues and inflammation.

Before Salisbury, our ancestors thrived on ruminant animals for hundreds of thousands of years. This wasn’t a trend, it was our way of life.

So why is it just now coming to light?

Most people chase money their whole lives… only to realize too late that health was the real currency.

Would you trade all your wealth to be young again? Warren Buffett once said he'd give up all his billions to be 20 again.

Because no amount of money can buy back your youth.

Health ≈ Youth.

Yet, people neglect their health until it’s too late.

Your health is priceless. Treat it like it is.

We basically just started eating plants...

For 99% of human history, we thrived on meat. Only in the last sliver of time did grains and processed foods enter the picture.

Yet, modern health "experts" blame meat for heart disease, obesity, and chronic illness… while ignoring what’s truly changed.

Which is more likely to be causing the skyrocketing rates of disease? Something we just started eating, or something we've been eating for hundreds of thousands of years before these diseases were even a known thing?

What’s better for long-term health & performance: eating in line with hundreds of thousands of years of our evolution or following the diet models of the last couple hundred?

To me, it seems obvious. If you look at everything from a first principles perspective, it doesn't matter what the new "science" trend is for a new way of eating.

We think we know way more about our biology than we actually do. There are so many things that we don't know, that we don't know.

So what's the best approach? Eat in a way that has shaped our biology for millions of years, or play a guessing game and act like we can actually calculate every single variable in our infinitely complex bodies?

I'll let you decide.
