For 99% of human history, we thrived on meat. Only in the last sliver of time did grains and processed foods enter the picture.

Yet, modern health "experts" blame meat for heart disease, obesity, and chronic illness… while ignoring what’s truly changed.

Which is more likely to be causing the skyrocketing rates of disease? Something we just started eating, or something we've been eating for hundreds of thousands of years before these diseases were even a known thing?
