This channel is for people healing from narcissistic, emotional, psychological abuse , generational trauma , adoption trauma & caregiver burnout.

I take a survivor-centered, nervous-system-informed approach to healing.
I don’t pathologize normal responses to prolonged relational harm or rush survivors into forgiveness, reconciliation or silence for other people’s comfort.

Here we talk about:
