I train Bajiquan & Baguazhang Kungfu & my own style Kangaroo π¦ Kungfu / Roo Quan / Roo Fist π€
A hybrid style of mine which is now the art form of this style known as Dai Shu Quan Kangaroo π¦ Kungfu.
The Chinese meaning of Kangaroo π¦π€
Based on the physicality of the Iconic Australian animal π¦π€π & My own personal interpretation of how a Kangaroo moves & fights. This style includes principles of movements from Bajiquan, Piquazhang, Baguazhang both Cheng & Yin Style, Hsing I, Zui Quan aka Drunken Fist, American Kenpo, Traditional Karate & Wing Chun.
So it is a true Hybrid it also focuses on training methods such as, Body Conditioning via striking trees and my own Body like in ancient times. I also utilise weight training and other methods.
Iβm wanting to share this with other stylists of like mind. I also am developing my own Kangaroo π¦
movement drills, Isometric drills & breathing / Chi Kung, Iβm also working on forms,
jumping, swimming & art specific weight bearing exercises
