我不是職業廚師,但很喜歡煮和食,尤其喜歡和朋友邊喝邊食,旅行亦是我的興趣。
曾經學過料理,亦有幸身邊有些廚師朋友可以向他們學習,還有很喜愛看烹飪書,所以想把自己知道的心得和技巧運用在家中的廚房上並向大家分享,「濃而不鹹,清而不淡」是我的煮食方針。煮食對我來說是一個終身學習的項目,希望喜歡下廚的各位在廚藝上也不斷進步,和我的頻道一起成長。
