Welcome to the adventures of the Hicks family. We live in the beautiful mountains of Avery county NC. There's a lot more to Avery county and the surrounding areas than most people know. There's a lot of hidden history that we'd love show you guys. Raising two boy's is an adventure in itself. We do everything from dirt bikes, four wheelers, camping, fishing, and hunting. If its outdoors in the sticks were there! We also travel from vacations get aways to travel basketball. All while putting our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ first and foremost. We'll try our best to do a weekly bible devotional. There's no telling where or what we'll get into. So please join Amber (my wife) Eli, Ayden (our sons) & (me) Scott and you'll soon find out that no matter where your at, no matter what your doing. You too can get out and Kick It Country!!!
